Terms
Last updated 31 October 2026
These terms cover buying through Karini and selling on the Karini marketplace. By using karini.site you agree to them. Our privacy page explains how we handle your details.
Buying through Karini
- A quote is one naira price for the goods delivered to the place you give us. It holds until the date on the quote, because exchange and shipping rates move.
- Nothing is bought until you accept a quote and pay. Pre-orders only go ahead once enough buyers have paid; if a pre-order does not fill by its closing date, you get a full refund.
- Delivery times are estimates. Customs and shipping can cause delays, and we will keep you updated if they do.
- If goods arrive damaged, missing, or clearly different from what you were quoted, tell us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will replace the item, refund it, or agree a part refund with you.
- Once an order has been bought from the supplier, it cannot be cancelled for a change of mind.
Selling on the marketplace
- Sellers must be a CAC-registered business and pass our checks before they can list.
- You are responsible for your listings, prices, stock and the goods you sell. Listings must be accurate, legal in Nigeria and not counterfeit.
- Sales between a buyer and a marketplace seller are between those two parties. Karini is not a party to them.
- We may remove a listing or close a seller account that breaks these terms or that buyers report for fraud.
Our responsibility
We do our best to keep the site accurate and running, but it is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, our responsibility for any order is limited to what you paid us for it. Nothing here removes your rights under the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Act.
Changes and contact
